
FULSHEAR, TEXAS — August 14, 2026 — Fulshear High School is celebrating another year of academic excellence after earning an A rating in the Texas Education Agency’s 2026 A–F Accountability Ratings.
The Chargers received an impressive 92 overall score, continuing the school’s record of strong academic performance. Fulshear High School also earned an A rating in the previous accountability cycle.
The achievement comes as Texas released its latest statewide accountability ratings, with 459 campuses across the Houston-area Region 4 earning an A. Lamar CISD had 21 A-rated campuses.
But behind the number is a much bigger story: the dedication of students, teachers, administrators, staff, families and the community.
As Fulshear continues to grow, maintaining academic excellence is a significant accomplishment and a source of pride for the entire community.
